Famous Real Estate: John McCain

If you are a true Republican you will surely be interested in this next piece of real estate.

John McCain's former home is now up for sale, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The home, situated on over two acres of land, was Cindy McCain's childhood home. She was raised there and grew up there and once she and John took over the home, they spent over $250,000 remodeling it.

A new owner has the rights to the home now, as they purchased it from the McCain's, for about $3.75 million back in 2006.

The current owner is going for quite a bit more money, pricing the home at $12 million, which makes sense that now McCain is a presidential candidate.

There are some terrific features to the home, including a master suite with Mexican-tiled private patio with spa and built-in fireplace and setting, as well as a gourmet kitchen with slate floors, granite counters and heavy commercial stainless steel appliances.

It is definitely a gorgeous home, that much is clear, and if you have the $12 mil to spare, maybe this Phoenix home would be an ideal investment for you.
