This St. Regis penthouse is owned by real estate mogul Victor MacFarlane, and the condo in total is about 20,000 square feet.

MacFarlane originally purchased the home for $30 million in late 2005, and is now selling it for $70 million, a bit ambitious for a Bay Area apartment, although it is super fabulous with the renovations and decorating work that has been put into it.

There are six bedrooms, two offices, and even a wine storage room and a gym with sauna.
