Motorcycles have always had a serious appeal, and over time the engines and frames of these bikes became bigger and more powerful...and more expensive.

Currently, the most expensive motorcycles in production are listed in between $100,000 and $300,000, however custom bikes often fetch for prices even higher than this.

Pictured here is the fourth most expensive motorcycle in the world today, the MV Agusta F4 CC. This beast has a top speed of 195 mph, 1078 cc's and a 198 hp engine, priced at 100,000 Euros or $133,745 USD.

Feel like going all out? You may want to consider this, the Dodge Tomahawk. This is a motorcycle that you will never forget, and is recognized as being one of the most expensive motorcycles in production today.

The Dodge Tomahawk V10 superbike boasts 8.3 liter engine (505 cubic inch) and 10 cylinders, giving the bike a top speed of nearly 400 mph.

If you can handle the incredible power and have about $250,000 to spare, this bike would make a wicked purchase, and will definitely make you the envy of all your friends.
