Would You Buy a Razor for $30,000?

So you may not be so cheap that you rely on the disposable razors, but are you willing to shell out $30,000 on one?

You would if you wanted to purchase this, a limited edition, platinum-sheathed straigh razor that uses the same ancient layering techniques as the Crusaders' swords.

Designed and manufactured by the Hommage Company, a company well known for their line of luxury grooming equipment, the razor comes in a lacquered box of Tanzanian anigré wood.

The razor was recently featured in the New York Times and Newsweek, and features a rose and torsion pattern on the blade.

What do you think, would you pay this much for a razor?
